About
I help product and engineering leaders design pragmatic, future-ready architectures — especially when they need senior judgment without a full-time hire.
With 30 years of experience spanning Chief Architect roles, practice leadership, and platform innovation, I typically engage for architecture reviews, technical strategy, and advisory support (15–25 hours/week).
At Marlabs I led enterprise-wide architecture direction, platform modernization, and senior architecture teams. Earlier, at IGATE/Capgemini and Born Group, I conceived proprietary platforms and built high-impact practices in front-end engineering and RPA.
I now work independently while building my own technology ventures. This gives me the flexibility to bring focused, unbiased architectural judgment to organizations that need it — alongside my work on full-stack platforms for labor and agricultural markets.
My current focus is AI-native architecture, GenAI adoption, intelligent automation and the practical integration of AI into existing products and engineering organizations.
